Indulge in an exquisite Western Australian degustation that celebrates the region’s finest produce, sourced from dedicated local farmers, fishers, and artisans. From the delicate sweetness of Rottnest Island Scallops to the rich flavours of Amelia Park Lamb, each course is a tribute to WA’s land and sea, crafted with precision and passion. The journey begins with a refined amuse-bouche, followed by an elegant starter, and a selection of meat or fish courses that showcase the depth of local ingredients. A decadent sweet finale brings the experience to a perfect close, highlighting seasonal flavours and artisanal craftsmanship.
The six-course degustation menu is $185 per person and is available from August 1st to August 31st, on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 5:30pm – 8:30pm
