  • Full payment per person is required before the booking is confirmed.
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking time and no shows will incur a forfeiture of the entire full payment.
  • A booking of 10 people or more: Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the event date, otherwise it will be cancelled.
  • Menu prices, surcharges and items listed are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Brunch is not available on special event dates, please contact us for more information.
  • Amendments made within 72 hours of event time: A drop of numbers to a maximum of 10% will only be credited (30 day term) or used on the day of the booking, the remaining amount to be forfeited.
  • In keeping with Duxton Hotel's Sustainability initiative, from Friday 1st April 2022, all services within the hotel will be transitioning to a cashless payment system. Card fees apply: 1.8% VISA, MasterCard, AMEX Credit & Debit. 3% Diners. EFTPOS at 0%.
