Swan River Lounge

Located on the 14th floor, the Swan River Lounge has been newly renovated with warm decor, has breathtaking views of the Swan River, and can accommodate 12 guests during breakfast and lunch.

 

Firewater Grille

Located in the award-winning Firewater Grille restaurant, this unique space has it's own bar area and can seat up to 20 guests. Private dining in our restaurant can cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Located on the 13th floor, the 10 seater dining room situated in our 180sqm Duxton Suite - the sophisticated dining room includes uninterrupted views of the Swan River, bluetooth speakers, smart lighting, beautiful chandelier. Private dining in our Duxton Suite can be booked for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with an overnight accommodation booking.

Located on the lower lobby level, our Boardroom 3 is 30sq and can seat up to 10 guests in a long table setup. This room features natural light with its floor to ceiling display window.
