The Award-Winning Firewater Grille, our Director of Culinary Senthil Kumar, and dedicated service team welcomes Perth diners to embark on a culinary journey that redefines the buffet lunch experience. Our lunch buffet pairs the signature dishes found in a festive smorgasbord, with mouth-watering cuisines inspired by the aromatic traditional methods.Take the journey up the buffet with our live station, hot dishes, mezza corner, fresh seafood, gourmet salads, house made decadent dessert, and more! Includes bonbons and festive decorations for the perfect festive lunch!
