Firewater Grille offers diners an elegant and stylish Cocktail Bar where you are more than welcome to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before being seated at your table. Peruse the menu while you wait for friends, or simply enjoy one of the innovative cocktail creations before indulging in your dining experience.

The Firewater Grille Bar is made of illuminated, laser cut stainless steel fins and a stone top. The bar itself has the latest textured finishes and has the ambience of a ‘Retro’ up town bar. Back-lit glass and stainless steel add to this ritzy space, and the pendant lighting and hand crafted bar stools contribute to this special meeting area.
