The Award-Winning Firewater Grille, our Director of Culinary Senthil Kumar, and dedicated service team welcomes Perth diners to embark on a culinary journey that redefines the mid-week lunch experience. With no two days being completely the same, our Flavours of the World lunch buffet pairs the signature dishes found in a traditional smorgasbord, with mouth-watering cuisines inspired by the spices and aromatics of Mediterranean on Wednesdays with freshly cooked seafood + vegetarian Paellas, Asian on Thursdays with our seafood Laksa station, and Indian on Fridays with our Masala Dosa station.
Take the journey up the buffet with our live station, hot dishes, mezza corner, fresh seafood, gourmet salads, house made decadent dessert, and more! Includes free flowing soft drinks.
