If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Room Assignments
Please assign your guests to their rooms. Nominate their names to each rooms.

You have nominated multiple rooms; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all rooms. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.
  1. The following cancellation policies apply:
    24 hrs prior to arrival date - No charge
    Less than 24 hours - One nights accommodation fee will be charged.
    Early departure whilst inhouse - One nights accommodation fee will be charged.
    No Show - One nights accommodation fee will be charged.
    All times shown as local Hotel times.


  2. The guest will need to provide a current valid credit card on arrival at the hotel. The Hotel Reception will require a pre-authorisation on this card per Hotel policy and procedures. This pre-authorisation will be held for the hotel until such time as settlement is made by the same card,  or is released by the card holders financial institution as per their policy.
    If the guest does not have a credit card, photo identification will be required along with full payment of the room and a cash bond ($300.00 for Deluxe or Superior Rooms and $500.00 for Club Rooms or Suites)


  3. Hotel check in time is from 2.00pm.     
  4. Hotel check out time is prior to 10.00am.


  5. Rates for Deluxe rooms are per room, per night for two people. Maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in a Deluxe Room.
    Rates for Superior rooms are per room, per night for two people. Maximum of 2 guests can be accommodated in a Superior room.
    Rates for Club rooms are per room, per night for two people. Maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in a Club Room.
    Rates for a Suite room are per room, per night for two people only. Maximum of 2 guests can be accommodated in a Suite room.
    Additional bedding consists of a Rollaway Bed at an additional fee of $50.00 (Deluxe Room) or $75.00 (Club Room) per night.
    A maximum of one rollaway bed can be accommodated in a Deluxe King or Club room only.


  6. Child Policy: Infant 0 - 2 years inclusive, Child 3 - 11 years inclusive, Adult 12 years and above.
    A maximum of one child to share existing bedding with adult(s) in the one room only.
    Cot requests for infants are provided at no additional fee.


  7. Duxton Hotel Perth reserves the right to relocate any booking to a hotel of same standard. All bookings are subject to availability.


  8. You must be at least 18 years of age to book hotels on this website.


  9. Duxton Hotel Perth does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on this website. Duxton Hotel Perth makes every effort to ensure all information is accurate, however cannot guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults. Duxton Hotel Perth reserves the right to amend information listed on this site at any time.


  10. Guests agree that all information given for the booking are true and correct. Bookings may be rejected by Duxton Hotel Perth at any time if this information fails to meet these terms and conditions.
