Accommodation
The Duxton Hotel Perth's spacious 306 guest rooms and suites feature all the amenities that you would expect to find at a 5 star hotel. All rooms were refurbished in 2011 with new carpets, curtains, beds, manchester and much more. All rooms and suites include an ensuite bathrooms with full size bath and a separate shower in the majority of rooms, hairdryer, full length mirror, iron & ironing board, coffee & tea making facilities, in room desk, flat screen TV, high speed internet access and a choice of bedding configurations. Club Rooms and Suites also have in room safes, slippers & robes and iPod docking stations.
Check in time is from 2.00pm each day and check out time is 10.00am, unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed. Whilst every endeavour will be made to allow guests access to their rooms upon arrival at the hotel from 2.00pm, the hotel's Management and staff appreciate your understanding if this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
FREE INTERNET - The Duxton Hotel Perth offers free internet in all accommodation rooms and free Wi-Fi in all public areas of the hotel.

Room types to choose from:
- 240 Deluxe Rooms - 29 square metres
- 24 Superior Rooms - 32 square metres
- 27 Club Rooms - 54 square metres
- 14 Suites - 65 square metres
- 1 Presidential Suite - 80 square metres
Interconnecting rooms are available for Deluxe Rooms and Club Rooms. Rollaway beds can be arranged in some room types at an additional charge and cots are complimentary.
Riverside rooms are available for Deluxe, Superior and Club Rooms at an additional charge, but Suites are located on the city side except for The Presidential Suite.
Guests staying in a Club Room or Suite have exclusive access to the Club Lounge where evening drinks & canapes, and a gourmet breakfast is included in the rate.
Please note that the Duxton Hotel Perth is totally non-smoking.
Deluxe King
Deluxe King rooms are located on the first twelve floors of the hotel. All rooms have a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower.
Deluxe Twin
Deluxe Twin rooms are located on the first twelve floors of the hotel. All rooms have two double beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower.
Deluxe King River View
Deluxe King River View rooms have a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower. These rooms offer views of the beautiful Swan River.
Deluxe Twin River View
Deluxe Twin River View rooms have two double beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower. These rooms offer views of the beautiful Swan River.
Superior King
Superior King rooms are slightly larger than Deluxe rooms, all featuring a king size bed. The large marble ensuite has a separate corner bath and shower. Superior spa rooms are also available.
Club King
Club King rooms are located on the top two floors of the hotel and offer the business traveller luxurious accommodation with exclusive security key lift access. A gourmet buffet breakfast and evening drinks with canapes are served complimentary each day in the Club Lounge, overlooking the Swan River.
Club Twin
Club Twin rooms have two double beds and are located on the top two floors of the hotel offering the business traveller luxurious accommodation with exclusive security key lift access. A gourmet buffet breakfast and evening drinks with canapes are served complimentary each day in the Club Lounge, overlooking the Swan River.
Club King River View
Club King River View rooms are located on the top two floors of the hotel with views overlooking the beautiful Swan River. Club Twin River View

One Bedroom Suite
Suites are located on each floor and offer luxurious accommodation. Each suite has a separate bedroom featuring a king bed and a private marble ensuite bathroom with a large full size bath and separate shower. Suite guests have access to the Club Lounge where a complimentary gourmet buffet breakfast, and evening drinks & canapes are available daily.
Duxton Hotel Room
Deluxe Hotel rooms are available with either a king bed, or two double beds depending on availability. All rooms are located on the city side and have an ensuite with a full size bath and most have a separate shower.
Presidential Suite
The Presidential Suite is located on one of the Club Floors. The suite features a king bed, spa bath and separate shower in the private ensuite bathroom, a spacious lounge room and dining area with fully appointed bar, and guest powder room.
